Taking place on September 24th\, 2023\, at 3 PM\, the event will be held at the magnificent Harold J. Miossi CPAC at Cuesta College. Music enthusiasts and aficionados alike will be captivated by the virtuoso talent of Emily Lanzone as she graces the stage with a mesmerizing performance. Lanzone's exceptional command over the violin is certain to evoke an array of emotions\, leaving audiences spellbound. Acclaimed conductor\, Jennifer Martin will transport attendees on a musical journey featuring extraordinary compositions such as Monti's fiery and passionate "Czardas\," Makris' vibrant and lively "Agean Festival Overture\," and Marquez's infectious and rhythmic "Danzon #2." Each piece is meticulously chosen to showcase the ensemble's exceptional musicianship and their ability to create a captivating symphonic experience. Moreover\, the San Luis Obispo Wind Orchestra will pay homage to the iconic composer Ennio Morricone with a heart-rending performance of "Gabriel's Oboe."
