ART AFTER DARK PASO

Studios on the Park celebrates Art After Dark Paso, a fun tradition of art, wine, and live music-filled evenings at the start of every month! Enjoy an evening of Jazz surrounded by California Impressionists: The Masters & The Greats They Inspire. Guitarist Tom Bethke joins local favorite Ken Hustad on the acoustic bass and premium wines are available for $8/glass. About Ken Hustad and Tom Bethke Ken Hustad has been working on the Central Coast as a freelance musician and bass instructor for over 30 years, playing orchestral and chamber music as well as jazz, rock, blues and country and working in theater and recording. He is co-principal bass for the San Luis Obispo Symphony, and plays in Orchestra Novo, the Santa Maria Philharmonic, Symphony of the Vines, Opera San Luis Obispo and the San Luis Obispo Master Chorale. Hustad has performed and contracted ensembles for touring artists including the Broadway production of “Chicago,” Garrison Keillor, Pink Martini, Manhattan Transfer and Diane Schuur. Joining our local Ken, is Mr. Tom Bethke, of Los Angeles. Tom is a full time studio session musician.
