Whether you are an experienced board member or just considering becoming one, the Spokes Board Academy will equip you with the knowledge you need to be an informed and effective member of a nonprofit board of directors. You are welcome to attend one module or all seven.
Assessing Your Nonprofits Financial Health: This module covers the fiduciary responsibilities of a board of directors and the board’s role in providing fiscal oversight of the nonprofit organization. It includes an overview of the types and purposes of key nonprofit financial statements.
