The Optimist Club of Paso Robles presents Day at the Races, Stick-Horse event at Rio Seco Winery. Outside event: Food Prizes and Refreshments. Raffle prize drawing for Win, Place, or Show bets. Prizes for best-decorated horse,, Best Derby Hat, and best Derby Day outfit.
