Farm to Fork

This event is designed to reconnect and educate guests on the source of their food and wine while showcasing local cuisine, wine tastings, food artisans, and unique chef demonstrations.

Proceeds from this event help fund the Women In Business Scholarship -- a program that promotes economic vitality by encouraging individuals entering higher education to strive for academic excellence and return to our community with valuable leadership skills.

Tickets include a drink ticket, and a commemorative glass and shopping bag, and a delicious 4-course, chef-prepared lunch by: Pasolivo, PasoTerra, Thomas Hill Organics, and Bless Your Heart Bakery.

Speakers include:
Ali Carscaden, Certified Sommelier and Owner of 15 Degrees C Wine Shop & Bar -- Ali will give a fun, informative presentation on wine and how to taste it!

Barbara Spencer, Owner of Windrose Farm -- Barbara's presentation, "Classroom in Sustainability" will focus on what sustainability means in the Paso Robles area, why sustainability is important, and how you can help.

Tiffani Seitz, Owner of South Bay Wild -- Tiffani will give an informative presentation on small commercial fishing vessels, sustainable seafood, and the triple bottom line approach.
