This concert explores one of the most beloved pieces in the repertoire in the heart of downtown at the historic Mission San Luis Obispo. The evening begins with Vivaldi’s iconic Four Seasons in which the virtuosity of four violin soloists will be on display. Closing the program is an arrangement of Argentinian tango composer Astor Piazzolla’s Four Seasons of Buenos Aires for solo violin and string orchestra, which pays homage to Vivaldi's masterpiece with South American flair.
