Fish Gaucho will be hosting a Pop-Up lounge event at Cantinas On Park in downtown Paso Robles. Whether you're waiting for a table in the restaurant, or just want a drink and some chips, all are welcome! Fish Gaucho will have a full bar and will serve chips and salsa as friends come and go for a night of fun downtown!
