Gouda Party

We're celebrating this beloved variety with an all-Gouda cheese flight, expertly paired with Le Vigne wines, featuring the coveted Beemster Graskaas that is released this time every year.  Winery owner and chef, Walter Filippini, will be here to create two of the pairings.  He's even acquired a giant 160 pound wheel of Boorenkaas Gouda that he will be wedging here at the winery!
