King Vidor Award and After Party

AWARD CEREMONY
Join us for a festive evening as we celebrate award-winning films and our 2018 King Vidor Award recipient on the stage of the historic Fremont Theatre. The George Sidney Independent Film Awards, presented each year in several categories, are juried by film and media professionals. Major festival sponsors will be on hand to present the awards, and all winning films will screen at the Downtown Cinemas in the four days following the festival (March 19-22) courtesy of the Movie Experience.

AFTER PARTY 
Party the night away with award winners and some great SLO Jazz, and vie for your own awards! Come dressed as your favorite celebrity, or even better as a Celebrity Look-a-Like and win passes to the 2019 SLO Film Fest...and more! Special St. Patrick’s Day prize goes to the Best Irish Celebrity costume!
