Step into the shoes of Le Vigne's Winemaker, Michael Barreto, as he teaches how to create the perfect red wine blend.  With a bit of winemaker expertise, some thoughtful calculations, and a dash of finesse, you will make your own unique, personal blend to take home.  Several compatible red wines will be available for you to taste individually and blend to your heart's desire.  Once you've run your experiments, taste testing along the way, relax and enjoy a gourmet lunch while your custom bottle is assembled.
