Vintage Paso Weekend: Cooking Demonstration with Chef Walter Filippini

Sunday March 19th, at 1pm, hang out in the Barrel Room with Winery owner and classically trained chef, Walter Filippini, for another much-requested Cooking Demonstration.  Start off spring with some new skills and techniques that you can show off at your garden parties and get-togethers.  Tickets to the Cooking Demo include entry to the Open Cellar on Sunday.
