Women in Business April 2026

Women In Business: April 2026

Our Women in Business Luncheon is a space intentionally created for connection, growth, and real conversation. Designed for women across all industries and stages of their careers, this program brings together leaders, entrepreneurs, and rising professionals to share insights, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships that extend far beyond the room.

At its core, the purpose of Women in Business is to foster a strong, supportive network where women feel seen, heard, and empowered. Each luncheon features inspiring speakers, relevant topics, and opportunities for authentic connection, because we believe that when women come together with purpose, incredible things happen.

From practical business insights and leadership strategies to the confidence that comes from being in a room full of like-minded women, attendees leave feeling energized, inspired, and better equipped to grow personally and professionally.

This April, we’re excited to host Women in Business at The Anderson Paso, a beautiful setting to gather, connect, and continue building a community that champions and uplifts one another.

Spotlight Speaker: Amanda Higgins, Full Cup Solutions

Get ready to be inspired and equipped at this month’s Women in Business luncheon as Amanda W. Higgins—renowned business development coach, entrepreneur, and community leader—presents "Boldly Navigating Change." In an era where every business is perpetually moving through a change cycle, Amanda will guide you through the essential stages from inception to exit, helping you identify exactly where you stand so you can actively promote the growth you desire.

By diving into the mechanics of the J-curve and the science of habit stacking, you will learn why resistance occurs and how to achieve monumental shifts through small, intentional actions. This session isn't just about strategy; it’s about leading with energy to attract the transformation you want in both your professional and personal life. Join us to gain the hard-skill data and the bold confidence needed to embrace your next big goal and navigate the evolving business landscape with ease.
