A Paso Robles business is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Call Center Clerk to join their team on a temporary full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a variety of tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update customer and order data across multiple systems
- Retrieve and analyze data as needed
- Research and correct order errors; process credits as applicable
- Provide accurate product knowledge and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns using de-escalation techniques
- Document all customer interactions in a CRM system
- Assist with compiling and preparing reports for team meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Prior experience using CRM or ERP systems
- Strong data entry skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Effective multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
Pay: $21-25/hr DOE
