About Us

The Backyard is a family and dog-friendly outdoor wine & beer garden with onsite restaurant located on the corner of 13th & Railroad Streets in beautiful downtown Paso Robles.

We offer 28 rotating taps showcasing local craft beer, cider and wine, along with a wide selection of cans and bottles, non-alcoholic, and kid-friendly beverages. We’re open daily for lunch and dinner, and regularly host live music, game nights, and other events.

With over 7,500 square feet of al fresco space and seating for 325+ guests, plenty of shade, misters, heaters and fire pits, The Backyard is one of the most unique venues in SLO County!
